Warranty Information
Our standard product warranty is 90-days. Some products may also have manufacturer's warranty remaining.

Product Conditions
Refurbished - product has been cleaned and tested by a manufacturer or vendor. Product may have a mfg or vendor warranty.
New - Unused product with or without original manufacturers packaging, such as bulk, pulls, Factory Sealed, or New Open Box items.
New Open Box - unused product where original manufacturers packaging seal is broke or cut. Product contains warranty.
Factory Sealed- original manufacturers box, tape and box are not cut.
Used - Product that has been tested to work, may have no warranty, and has not been refurbished.

Return Policy
We charge a %15 restocking fee for any non-defective product returned. Shipping in non-refundable. Products must be retuned in the same condition as received. If you need to return a product please call first to get an RMA number.
